H.C.Ducusin Inc. is looking for a sales representative to join our team in our Ortigas office. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to assist applying for a credit card.


The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. 

Responsibilities:

•    Drive Revenue: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers applying for a credit card.

•    Consultative Selling: Ask the right questions to understand customer pain points and pitch our products effectively.

•    Pipeline Management: Track your leads, follow up consistently, and manage your sales funnel in our system.

•    Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

Requirements:

•    6 months experience in sales(if SHS graduate)
•    College (graduate/Undergrad)
•    with sales experience is advantages
•    Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
•    Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
•    Strong communication and persuasion skills
•    Willing to work under pressure and meet targets
